2018.06.28 – A nurse Hideyuki Adachi and his fiancée Nanaka Tsuchikura opened a shaved ice “Kakigori” cafe “Umineko Parlor” in Ninzaki Anamizu, Ishikawa Prefecture Japan.

Working as a nurse, Hideyuki Adachi is also the owner of Kakigori cafe. In Japan, until recently, companies normally did not allow employees to work on the side. However, his nurse workplace allows him to work on the side that he decided to pursue his second career as a Kakigori cafe owner; now he has two faces, one as a part-time nurse and one as a Kakigori cafe owner.

Shaved ice Kakigori at “Umineko Parlor” has a soft texture and it has so much flesh of fruit! They use local fruits as a syrup that it is natural and very friendly to your body.

In addition, because of its texture, it does not give you a headache!

I also recommend you to try a piece of cake “Gateau Tatin” with lots of apple on top and butter cake dough! Baked goods at “Umineko Parlor” is so tasty. Nanaka Tsuchikura is in charge of baked goods.
