I was in Shiretoko Peninsula, Hokkaido. On my way to a natural hot spring and waterfalls “Kamuiwakka Falls” or Kamuiwakka no Taki in Shiretoko, I FINALLY found two brown bears.
A brown bear is considered as the most dangerous and fierce animal on the land of Japan.
I was overly excited that my heart was beating so fast. I was just feeling, “I want to take photos of the bears. This sounds little crazy but this may be my lifetime-exciting photo opportunity and the last chance to see WILD brown bears.” This thought was the only thing in my mind.
I was just so possessed by these wild brown bears. So, I got out of my friend’s car with my SLR camera and followed them quietly for about 15 minutes.
After taking many photos, the mother bear curiously started starring at me.
Shiretoko Peninsula is located in the north-east of Hokkaido, the northernmost island of Japan. Shiretoko became a national park in 1965 and is designated as one of the World Natural Heritage sites in 2005 by UNESCO.
My partner and I stumbled over here from a different web
address and thought I might check things out.
I like what I see so i am just following you.
Look forward to finding out about your web page repeatedly.
