“VANLIFE Station” is for VANLIFERS who spend their “life”styles living, working and traveling in box-type cars such as camper”van”s. VANLIFERS can park and dock their vans to serve as their room for the “INAKA Backpacker House.”
Japan’s first VANLIFE station opened in Anamizu Town*, Ishikawa Prefecture on Noto Peninsula.
As people live in movable houses, such platform will be necessary. What if your house base is movable? A house with mobility function?
It is so nice to sleep, and wake up to beautiful scenery.
Nowadays, because of abundance technology, we can work and live anywhere. Specially in Japan, everywhere you go and travel to, it has enough and clean infrastructure that a new lifestyle VANLIFE is possible lifestyle to pursue.
However, physically and mentally moving all the time and using public spaces could be tiring sometimes.
Nomadic lifestyle such as VANLIFE needs a temporary base to rest without thinking and worrying about where to travel, work, shower, and sleep today. You cannot spend your time freely, comfortably, and unlimitedly at public locations.
So, once in awhile, you simply need a space to relax, work and ease your mind freely, instead of moving all the time.
You can rest yourself at “VANLIFE Station.” “VANLIFE Station” offers a parking space where you can stay and live for the mid to long term periods.
In January 2020, for 1 month, two couples stayed at “VANLIFE Station.” Total of 4 people stayed and concentrated on their work in collaborative workspace at “INAKA Backpacker House.”
During the day, they stayed inside of the house and worked, cooked, used a toilet, took a shower, etc. At night, they returned their own houses VANS where their bedrooms or private rooms are.
Once in a while, they interacted with locals and enjoyed local cultures.

In this case, a college parking space may be “VANLIFE Station.” However, it seems that it would take some time for college officials to permit VALIFERS to live at a college’s parking space.
This “VANLIFE Station” could be one of the solutions to it. “VANLIFE Station” is necessary or should be an alternative options for college
Locals can open up their parking spaces for VANLIFER college students. Instead of HOME STAY, it could be PARKING STAY program for colleges students.
